Thank you sooo much for Friday night. Lee and I enjoyed every minute of it. I will admit that I was a little apprehensive at the start about whether people would get up to sing but once they started you couldn't get them off! You mixed between Disco and Karaoke really well and the range of music that you played was spot on. Sorry if your ears are damaged, my side of the family can't sing for toffee. Domain Disco was contacted as I requested a DJ for the night of Sat 18 Sep 2010. The process of booking was swift and concise. We discussed music that was requested/could be played, as I required some slow background music throughout the meal followed by more upbeat music once the meal and speeches were over. A deposit was sent and the booking confirmed. There was constant communication in the build up to the event to ensure any questions were answered. On the evening of the function Mr Wayne Cartlidge arrived in plenty of time which had taken him a couple of hours to get to us, he unloaded his equipment and set up swiftly and carried out all sound checks. He also provided a microphone to assist in any speeches and began with a range of slow enjoyable songs while the meal was served. The level of volume was just right as it enabled guests to still talk to one another. Once the meal and speeches were finished Wayne began the music with the likes of motown and 60’s/70’s and built up through the Era’s finishing with current chart music. We had a range of ages at the function from 18 through to 60’s and at some point in the evening everyone got up to dance (some just stayed up on the dance floor all night!) so the variety of music was definitely a positive factor. Once the evening had finished Wayne packed up his equipment and reloaded his car and the remainder of the money was paid. I strongly recommend Domain Disco to have at any function/party/dinner as you will not be disappointed. Domain Music - Thank you so much for being a part of our big day! Having been to many weddings and parties, and putting up with 'cheesy' party music, we were thrilled to hear from all our guests that they thought that because of you, the wedding was a massive success! You took into account our requirements, and went beyond them by not only playing the music we had asked for, but playing a brilliant playlist that suited all ages. What a night!!! We will definately be recommending you to anyone who requires a DJ, as you exceeded our expectations as well as being very reasonably priced. What more could we have asked for?
